THE FAITH DJ AS A GOSPEL ARTISTE AND RADIO PRESENTER

For a while now we have been bring to you our artiste and star focus “THE FAITH DJ” who we describe as a versatile, multitalented and passionate personality.

Having looked to all what she is into and a her achievements, as a gospel artiste, model, writer, and radio presenter.

This is what we got from her during a brief chat with one of our correspondence.

Faith DJ

Started a radio show called “Life Rap” in 2008 at Power 101 FM, and later, MBC Radio 2 FM where it airs once a week to date with K-Don and DJ Lick. Mainly a gospel hip-hop show with words of exaltation and up liftment airing once a week. This is where the name Faith DJ was birthed.

  • Deejaed and Mceed several music shows over the years including The Essence, Rap Him
  • Wrote her very first rap bars in 2010 in a song titled “Stick with it” for the Essence theme song featuring various Essence artists
  • Wrote, recorded and performed live the rap verse of the Miss University Africa theme song while representing Malawi at the Continental pageant in 2011
  • In September 2014 she qualified for Southern Africa Regional finals in the Loveworld Festival of Music and Arts (LFMA) for both rap and poetry, representing Zambia
  • In October 2014 sang the chorus to and wrote rap for the Reach Out Zambia (ROZA) theme song featuring Poyez, Echo, Exottic, Mayja, J-Drama, Chungu and Silas
  • In December 2014 co-hosted a radio show The Urban Pulpit on Pan African Radio, in Zambia hosted by “Echo”, a Zambian rapper and radio presenter.
